Christopher Ash serves as Senior Vice President of Aviation Business Development at Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas and leader of the Mobility Innovation Zone. Chris has been an integral part of the growth and success of Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport and Alliance Aviation Services during his tenure, touching every aspect of the airport operating companies. With his extensive expertise in the aviation industry, Chris oversees the AllianceTexas Flight Test Center operations and all aviation business development activities. Chris works with established global corporate leaders as well as mid-to late-stage, logistics-focused companies to encourage technology commercialization within the MIZ. Ultimately, these efforts drive the future of mobility and supply chain efficiencies for Hillwood’s partners and the region.

Ian Kinne

Director of Logistics Innovation

Ian Kinne serves as Director of Logistics Innovation at Hillwood, the developer of AllianceTexas and leader of the Mobility Innovation Zone. Ian leads the planning and implementation of the surface freight innovation program and affiliated real estate and investment opportunities. He works with established global corporate leaders as well as mid-to late-stage, logistics-focused companies to encourage technology commercialization within the Mobility Innovation Zone. Ultimately, these efforts drive the future of mobility and supply chain efficiencies for Hillwood’s partners and the region.

Nicholas Konen

Director of Strategic Development

Nick serves as the Director of Strategic Development for Hillwood, working closely with development and marketing teams to advance long-term planning and infrastructure needs for the AllianceTexas Mobility Innovation Zone. Nick’s primary focus is to advance critical development initiatives around mobility, industrial infrastructure, energy, and data. Nick’s experience ranges from Class I railroad mainline, to intermodal, and large industrial site development. He has successfully executed numerous projects both large and small in different municipalities throughout the U.S.

Tom Harris

EVP, Workforce & Education Initiatives

Serving as Executive Vice President for Hillwood, Tom Harris has been integral to the development and success of AllianceTexas. In his tenure with Hillwood, Tom has been involved in every aspect of the project and has led various operating business units throughout his career. Tom will continue to oversee operations and various airport expansion projects in an advisory role, along with committing significant time to develop workforce & education initiatives throughout the region.

Kimberly Cole

VP of Strategic Development & Innovation

20+ Years Experience • 3 Years with Hillwood

Serving as Vice President in the Strategic Development & Innovation department, Kim’s primary focus is to advance strategic infrastructure initiatives as it relates to critical infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships. Kim works closely with Hillwood’s development and marketing teams to advance long-term planning and entitlement needs as well as turn-key development support specifically for the AllianceTexas and Frisco Station developments.

Julie Fischer

Director of Communications

Serving as Director of Communications for Hillwood’s AllianceTexas and Frisco Station developments, Julie leads the effort to elevate the communication strategy and marketing initiatives for Hillwood. She brings more than ten years of experience in project management and coordination, with over five years in creative content development and brand strategy. Julie also oversees all media relations, corporate communications, and customer collaboration efforts.

Ratu Tuuhetoka

Director of Operations

15+ Years Experience • 10 Years with Hillwood

Serving as the Director of Operations, Ratu Tuuhetoka oversees several aspects of Hillwood’s aviation businesses. They include the commercial fueling operations for Alliance Aviation Services along with the ad-hoc cargo operations at Perot Field. Additionally, Ratu also works closely with advanced air mobility and UAS operators at Hillwood’s AllianceTexas Flight Test Center, Circle T Ranch, and Frisco Station development projects.
